Is my logo high enough quality?
If you want your art to print at the best quality possible, submitting vector artwork (.ai .pdf .eps) is preferred. If that is not available, we accept raster files (.jpg .png .tiff .psd) 500x500 pixels or larger. If your logo quality is too low, the design team can remake it for an additional fee or it will print as is with no guarantee the print quality will be perfect. We cannot accept pictures of logos on apparel, equipment, etc.

How long will it take for me to get my bulk order?
Production time takes 7-12 business days unless you request a rush order for an additional cost. This includes anything fewer than 7 production days. Shipping varies depending on location.

What happens if I have a really long name?
We have limit of 16 characters on the sides. We offer the option to stack the text on the sides as well. Please refer to the printable area above for sizing reference.

Can I make the straps or footbeds different colors?
Only the colorways shown on the submission form are available to order. However there are fully customizable options available for orders 500+ with an additional charge.

Do you offer sponsorships?
We unfortunately do not offer any sponsorships.

How can I get featured on your social?
You can send pictures or videos to your sales rep or tag @ISlideUSA in your post.
