    How long does it take to make and send my ISlides?
    Custom orders placed on ISlideUSA.com are created within 5-10 business days.
    Shipping estimates are based on destination.

    1 thru 50 pairs: 5-10 business days + shipping estimate. 
    50+ pairs: 7-14 business days + shipping estimate.

    I haven't received a tracking number. Has my order shipped?
    After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number in an email to the email address used for shipping. 

    Will my slides be printed exactly how I designed them?
    Yes — where you (or how you) place your logos, images, words, designs, and anything else is where they will print. If you have any special requests after designing, please add them to the notes in your order. Each order is hand printed by real people, and there could be minor but small differences. We appreciate your understanding.  
    For prints that bleed off or split between both top straps, there will be a cut off of your design on the inside of the straps. The cutoff will be about 1 inch from the footbed.
     
    * Please note that colors can vary between monitors and printers – the color you see on your monitor may not be exactly the same as the color printed on our printers. For example, bright neon colors on your screen can print slightly darker. We also cannot print metallic colors.  
     
    My logo is low resolution or poor quality, what can I do?
    We can help you! Our in-house design team can recreate your logo. Art fees are $100/hour, with the average logo about 30 minutes to make. Art turnaround time is 1-3 business days.

    If your SVG image featured a font in it, please make sure to "create outlines" on that font. Save the image with the outlines before uploading them. Doing this will ensure no font data gets lost between customization and manufacturing.  

    Are there rules for NBA designs on ISlides?
    Yes, but not many. Emojis and certain images, like explicit language or illegal marks, cannot be used in the same design as NBA logos. When logos appear distorted, partially blocked, or altered, our team adds a small tonal (hidden) logo to the slide in one of the areas below.

    I don't know what logo I want, can you help me design my slides?
    You can find pre-made designs in the SlideShop. See our social media channels and find inspiration for your next great design! 

    Can I return my ISlides?
    ISlides are a custom made product, and therefore non-returnable.

    Please double-check the following:

    1. Make sure the size is correct.
    2. Make sure the shipping address is correct.
    3. Make sure the design is EXACTLY how you' want it to look.

    Why can't I upload on my iPhone and iPad?
    You can use a photo that's already in your collection or take a picture on the spot and upload it in our customizer. You'll be amazed at how easy it is to use!

    Can I get whatever I want printed on my slides?
    ISlide reserves the right to refuse orders based on usage of inappropriate language or trademark infringements; but yes, pretty much anything else goes. 

    Can I place a team order?
    Yes. More information can be found on the Team Zone, and on the info form submission page here

    Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
    Yes. Fill out the order form here: page.

    Can I cancel my order after I have completed check out?
    Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Changes can only be made to your order if Customer Services reaches out to you about an issue with your design. Reasons could be, but not limited to copyrighted imaged, copyright infringement, inappropriate images, etc.

    Can orders be shipped outside of the US?
    Yes, we ship internationally and the option is available during checkout.

    Do you offer overnight or expedited delivery of ISlide products?
    Yes. Please contact us at info@ISlideusa.com if faster deliver is necessary.

    Will ISlide share my personal information with anyone?
    No. ISlide will not share your personal information with anyone.

    What payment options does ISlide accept?
    Credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Team and bulk orders can be paid via credit card, check. Payments by check must be paid before orders are shipped. 

    How do I apply my ISlide Gift Card discount code?
    In the checkout screen, enter the code exactly as is appears. Codes are case sensitive. Click "apply" to activate the code. You will see qualified discount codes displayed in the "payment summary."
