How long does it take to make and send my ISlides?
For custom orders placed on ISlideUSA.com, productions takes 5-10 business days. Shipping after that depends where it is going.
For team orders, productions days depends on the amount of pairs:
1-50 pairs: 5-10 business days, then shipping after that.
50+ pairs: 7-14 business days  then shipping after that.

I haven't received a tracking number. Has my order shipped?
For orders placed on the website, tracking numbers are sent in a follow-up email once the ISlides are shipped. You will receive this email between 3-5 business days after the order is placed.

Will my slides be printed exactly how I designed them?
Yes. Wherever and however you place your logos/images/words/etc is where they will be printed. If you have any special requests after designing, please add them to the notes in your order.

However, there is a human element in making ISlides -each pair is hand printed one at a time. Any difference, if it occurs, will be a very small one. We appreciate your understanding.

My logo is low resolution or poor quality, what can I do?
We can help you! Our in-house design team can recreate your logo for you. Art fees are $100/hour, with the average logo about 30 minutes to make. Art turnaround time is 1-3 business days. 

Are there rules for NBA designs on ISlides?
Yes, but not many. Emojis and certain images, like  explicit language or illegal marks, cannot be used on the same design as NBA logos. If any logos are distorted, partially blocked, or altered, a small tonal (hidden) logo will be added to the slide in one of the areas below.

I don't know what logo I want, can you help me design my slides?
Pre-made designs can be found in the SlideShop. Check out our social medias to see what others have designed. 

Can I return my ISlides?
ISlides are a custom product, and therefor non-returnable. Once they're printed, they're yours forever. That means:
1. Make sure the size is correct.
2. Make sure the shipping address is where you want them sent to.
3. Make sure the design is EXACTLY how you'd like it.

Why can't I upload on my iPhone and iPad?
You can! You can use a photo that's already in your photo album OR you can take a photo on the spot! This functionality is an unbelievable feature that we encourage you to use!

Can I get whatever I want printed on my slides?
ISlide reserves the right to refuse orders based on use of inappropriate language or trademark infringements, but yes, pretty much anything else.

Can I place a team order?

Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Yes. More information can be received after filling our the form on this page.

Can I cancel my order after I have completed check out?
You cannot cancel or make changes to an order once you have clicked "Process Order", even if it hasn't been shipped. After you've clicked "Process Order", your order process begins, and once your order is verified and accepted, your credit card is then charged.

Can orders be shipped outside of the US?
Yes, we offer international shipping as an option during checkout.

Do you offer overnight or expedited delivery of ISlide products?
Please contact us at info@ISlideusa.com if faster deliver is necessary.

Will ISlide share my personal information with anyone?
No. ISlide will not share your personal information with anyone.

What payment options does ISlide accept?
Credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Team and bulk orders can be paid by check, and must be paid before orders are shipped. 

How do I apply my ISlide Gift Card discount code?
In checkout, enter the code exactly as is appears. Codes are case sensitive. Click "apply" to activate the code. If discount qualifies, it will be displayed in your payment summary.
