Step 1:
Submit your contact information in the form on this page. When attaching logos, please ensure it is at least 400x400 pixels. The higher quality, the better. 

Step 2:
Download our team order form here. You will need to mark down each player’s ISlide size and corresponding side personalization on the order form. Please reference the ISlide Size Chart to assure your slides fit perfectly.

Step 3:
An ISlide sales rep will reach out to you with pricing and a virtual design of your slides with the logo you submit. Now just confirm that it is perfect for your team!

 Step 4:
Send the completed team order form to your sales rep and complete payment via the checkout link sent to your email to process your order!
